Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery Area
We deliver physical products within Germany (mainland). For deliveries to islands or abroad, please contact us in advance. Digital products (e.g., software, downloads, license keys) are available worldwide, as no physical shipping is required.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping (DHL Package): €6.90
- Minimum order value: €20
- Free shipping for orders over €100 (applies only to standard shipping within Germany)
- Digital products: No shipping costs
3. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after receipt of payment
- Custom-made products: 2–4 weeks (you will be informed by e-mail)
- Digital products: Immediate delivery after order completion, usually automatically or within a few hours manually via e-mail or download link
4. Shipping Providers
Physical goods are shipped via DHL (Deutsche Post AG). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Digital products are delivered via e-mail or download link. No physical shipping provider is required for digital items.
5. Returns
Physical products can be returned using our returns form in your customer account.

Important Notes:
- Transport risk: The shipping provider is responsible until handover
- Holidays: No shipping occurs on public holidays
- Digital products: No physical return is required; the right of withdrawal expires once the product has been delivered, provided you agreed to immediate delivery (§ 356(5) BGB).
