Right of Withdrawal

Notice for digital products: 
For digital content (e.g. software, downloads, license keys) that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract. This requires that, during the ordering process, you expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and that you also confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. This consent and confirmation are given upon completion of the order.

Regardless of this, the general rule is:

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This may be done by post, by email, or via the withdrawal function on our website. Please send your statement to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs. This applies in particular to personalized or custom-made products.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
